2012 Vendor Application

The 2012 application is available through an external website, Manage My Market.  Click this link to access the Forest Grove Farmers Market Vendor Application through that site.

Fees differ according to vendor category:
Farmers, Value-Added, Bakers
Crafts
Prepared Food
Community Booth: free
