Chicas Youth Development Facilitator and Project Developer
The Youth Facilitator and Project Developer ensures that programs goals are achieved by working collaboratively to implement researched-based curricula for after-school student groups; support and guide participating girls through self-discovery and empowerment; prepare group program reports and evaluations; manage program volunteers and work collaboratively with the Chicas Team to engage families in their daughters’ growth.

Early Childhood Education: Preschool Teacher
As part of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Team, the Preschool teacher is responsible for developing strong nurturing relationships with children, and planning and implementing culturally appropriate learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of infants and toddlers. The Preschool Teacher will work in partnership with teachers, parents, and the ECE Manager to implement the vision and daily operations of the ECE program and to ensure each child’s safety, health, and development in accordance with each child’s needs and abilities.

Family Engagement Facilitator
The Family Engagement Facilitator reports to the Adult Education Coordinator. She/he ensures that programs goals are achieved by working collaboratively with the Adult Education Coordinator, Early Childhood Education staff, Chicas Parent Coordinator, Director of Education Programs, participants and their families. S/he provides strong and innovative leadership within the Adult Education program, the Education Department, the organization and the community. Director of Finance and Operations
We have an immediate need to fill the Director of Finance and Operations position. In this role you would have the responsibility to manage and advance the financial systems needed to support Adelante Mujeres’ strategic objectives, including finance, accounting, grants/contracts management & financial reporting. You would report to the Executive Director and serve as an integral member of the senior management team in support of Adelante Mujeres’ vision, values, direction and policies.
