A Home for Adelante
Adelante Mujeres has grown significantly and we need our own building.
The families we serve need a secure learning space they can count on. Our children need stable and state-certified classrooms with adult classrooms nearby to foster our model of families learning together. Private meeting rooms are essential for one-on-one small business coaching and youth and family mentoring. In addition, our agriculture and farmers market programs need more space to grow and thrive.
Adelante Mujeres has launched a capital campaign to raise the $2 million needed to remodel our new building to include early childhood education classrooms, adult education spaces, a commercial kitchen, and much more. This new facility will be a welcoming place for Latino families to thrive and a stable home for our staff right in the heart of downtown Forest Grove. With your support and your contributions to A Home for Adelante, we can make our dream a reality.
Plus, make a lasting contribution to your community and a permanent statement that you support Latino families with the unique opportunity to name one of our brand new learning or office spaces. See all naming opportunities here.
Learning and growing together
Nora wanted nothing more than a great education and a bright future for her daughters. But because she was not able to read, write, or understand English, she was afraid to talk to their teachers.
With the support of Adelante's Adult and Early Childhood Education programs, Nora's newfound education and empowerment is strengthening her whole family. She found the skills and strength she to support her oldest daughter in school. And her youngest daughter, Berenice, is following her example in our preschool. Because of you, Berenice is blossoming with confidence and early love for learning.
With your gift to support A Home for Adelante, you will help create a stable place for moms and children like Nora and Berenice to learn together and follow their dreams.
