Volunteer with the Adelante Agricultura program:

Adelante Agricultura trains Latino farmers in organic agriculture by teaching organic farming methods and ecological land management.  

Current opportunities to volunteer with Adelante Agricultura:

At La Esperanza Farm: 
La Esperanza Farm Day Volunteers: This semi-annual volunteer work party is great for families and corporate or civic groups!  Once each fall and once each spring we gather for a full day of work on the farm, either preparing it for the season, or cleaning up after harvest.  Get in touch with us today if you're interested in the upcoming Spring volunteer day.  Next Event: Saturday, April 28 from 9:30am-2:30pm.

With our Program:
Educational workshop presenters: Teach relevant farming, business, permaculture or food preservation skills to participant farmers in a workshop format.

Resource finding volunteers: Volunteer will find additional resources and contacts that could be useful to Adelante Agricultura. Examples are: finding a source for green matter for composting, finding local resources for building materials for a storage shed and green houses.
