Volunteer with the Early Childhood Education Program

Adelante Educación (ECE) uses a nationally recognized curriculum for early childhood education to promote kindergarten readiness.

Current volunteer opportunities with ECE:

ECE Classroom Asssitant: Work with the classroom teachers to provide a learning experience for young children.  Will be involved in learning activities, language development, classroom routines, etc.  

Reading Pals Volunteer: Read with preschool students and help them to develop reading skills through early literacy activities. Though Spanish is not required, an interest in learning Spanish is helpful. Experience working with preschool students is also helpful but not required for this position.
