Leadership Year in Review
Civic Leadership Program
In June 2025, 15 Latine participants, primarily women, graduated from the second all-Spanish training of the Washington County Civic Leadership Training Program.
Environmental Justice and Leadership Program
In August, we hosted our third Free Market event, where several families, including some traveling from Tillamook, Oregon, came to pick donated clothing. This event was a collaboration between Adelante Mujeres’ Environmental Justice and Leadership Program and Finders Keepers from Pacific University.
In November, we partnered with OMSI to host a Science Night at OMSI event, which drew around 200 attendees. Families were able to explore the museum free of charge with Adelante Mujeres and engage with prototypes addressing climate change developed by six community members in collaboration with OMSI.
