See Photos of our 1st Annual Dia del Agricultor Latino

Our first annual Dia del Agricultor Latino was a success! Held at Our Table Cooperative in Sherwood Oregon, this full day of workshops was packed with information about Sustainable Farming, all taught in Spanish. Over sixty participants learned about Beekeeping, Pest Management, Soil Management,  Strawberry Production, Dry Farming and more.

The event was hosted by the Coalition for the Advancement of Latino Farmers (Adelante Mujeres, Huerto de la Familia, The Nextdoor Inc, and Our Table Cooperative) and was funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Thank you to our supporting partners: Country Financial, Bank of the West, OSU Extension, Three Sisters Nixtamal, and Aurora Valley Poultry Farms.

We look forward to hosting again in 2020!
