Registration of guests: June 12, 2026.

We kindly request that our sponsors provide us with the RSVP details for your guests by June 12, 2026. This will ensure our team can make all the necessary arrangements for your presence at the event. Please be advised that meals for seats at your designated table will be chosen by Adelante Mujeres if we do not receive the RSVP details by June 12, 2026. Additionally, should sponsors be unable to fill the seats at their tables, Adelante Mujeres will be in communication to support in finding guests to fill the table.

Note about tickets and seating: We hope you’ll be able to join us for this special event! However, if you’re unable to attend or fill your table, you also have the option to donate seats back to Adelante Mujeres. Donated tickets help us provide complimentary access to staff and community members, ensuring broader participation and connection.
